A fully playable and free Demo Version of ‘Brand Control System’ is now accessible online:
Mai 15, 2006: The Demonstration of a RFID web application for the authentication and traceability of wristwatches with possibility to activate online customer services and e-commerce (proof of concept): RFID technology and ASP.NET web applications of the newest generation make it now possible to use Internet as a very powerful tool to access securely and process data of a database on a central server while controlling there the authorizations and authentications necessary to get the right information and access. For the employee in charge of a certain job a simple Internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer) is enough to work fully from anywhere in the world. The same applies to the watchmaker’s partners, distributors, retailers, own shops and of course customers. RFID technology allows a very fast search of all information of each single product equipped with a RFIDtag and allows to record its own history through its whole lifecycle. All the information, or part of it, is only available to the appropriate authority. The database administrator defines the users, the memberships, the rights of access and the roles. The combination of ASP.NET and RFID allows thus not only the follow-up in real time of each single product, but also an instant view of all products as a whole.

PCT publication WO 2005/064421A1 for Winwatch SA, title: ‘METHOD FOR INTEGRATING AT LEAST ONE ELECTRONIC MODULE IN OR ON THE GLASS OF A WATCH AND WATCH GLASS OBTAINED BY SUCH A METHOD’
July 14, 2005: The World Intellectual Property Organization today has published patent application WO2005/064421A1  for Winwatch SA.. Abstract: The invention relates to the method for integration of at least one electronic module in or on the glass on watches, generally wristwatches, by means of a non-solid solution. The electronic module is injected or positioned with a non-solid solution in a hole in the glass, provided for housing the same, or on a part of the surface of the glass. The electronic module is perfectly integrated and/or fixed within or on the glass, in particular, as a result of the epoxide characteristics and the transparent vitrification of the solution.
